Getting Started

Introduction to LocalizeBook Welcome to the LocalizeBook System. LocalizeBook is accounting software that is in accordance with Cambodian accounting standards. Our system is dedicated to incorporating information technology into your business operations by providing a better way to track your business with ease. The concept of our system is to provide all users with comfort, quality, and priority for product design and development.

User Home Page

The User Home Page is the central hub after logging into LocalizeBook where you create and manage your businesses, profile, and subscriptions. From here, you can click "ADD BUSINESS" or "CREATE NOW" to set up a new company with its name and base currency, choose a subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium), manage branch locations, update your password, and switch between multiple businesses.

Manage Business

The Manage Business tool in LocalizeBook lets you control multiple company profiles from one place. You can instantly switch between different businesses or specific branches to look at isolated financial records for each location. It also gives you a quick link back to your main User Home Page so you can view all your companies, add new ones, and manage your billing or plan subscriptions.

Settings

The Settings menu in LocalizeBook is your business control panel. It lets you manage your company profile, branch locations, and user roles for team access. It also handles financial defaults like currencies, exchange rates, taxes (VAT/WHT), and payment methods, while letting you customize preferences like invoice templates and transaction numbering.

Vendors

Based on the LocalizeBook documentation, Vendors represent the suppliers or service providers that your company buys from. The system allows you to save their contact information, tax details, and manage all related purchasing workflows.

Customer

In LocalizeBook, the Customer feature tracks the entire sales lifecycle—from quotations and sales orders to delivery notes, invoices, receipts, collections, and returns. It stores detailed client profiles, supports categorization, assigns sales reps, and applies targeted price levels while allowing bulk imports of opening balances for fast setup.

Item

In LocalizeBook, Items are the goods or services your business buys and sells. They automatically fill into your invoices, bills, and orders to speed up paperwork. If you handle physical products, the system also tracks your inventory levels across warehouses and provides real-time reports on what your stock is worth.

Accounting

The Accounting menu in LocalizeBook is your financial command center aligned with Cambodian standards. It lets you manage your Chart of Accounts, banking, manual journals, and landed costs from one place. It also includes data import tools and batch transaction features to help you quickly process routine ledger entries.

Report

Localizebook provides systematic reports designed to track growth, stock flow, cash flow, and overall inventory activities. These reports translate business performance into actionable data, giving you visibility into sales, purchases, stock levels, activity logs, and system functions.

POS

The POS (Point of Sale) feature in LocalizeBook is a built-in add-on for processing daily sales. It lets you pre-configure defaults like standard customers, warehouses, taxes, and payment methods. Business owners can also track daily performance and view real-time reports directly through a mobile app.
