Adjusted Trial Balance

An Adjusted Trial Balance lists all the general ledger account balances after accounting adjustments have been made. These adjustments typically account for:

  • Prepaid and accrued expenses.
  • Non-cash expenses (such as depreciation).

How to View the Adjusted Trial Balance Report in Localizebook

To generate this report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Report Menu: Click on the Report menu.
  2. Select the Section: Go to Company & Finance and select Accountant.
  3. Choose the Report Type: Click on the report icon and choose Adjusted Trial Balance from the dropdown menu.

   4.   Configure Your Report:Date: Select the specific date or date range you wish to view.Customize: Adjust the settings to filter or include more specific data depending on your needs.

   5.   Generate: Click the View button to load the report.
