Cash Expense

Cash Expense (EXP) means the sum of the borrower’s operating and interest expenses minus non-cash expenses (depreciation, amortization, equity compensation, and special charges). There are two ways of adding Cash Expense (EXP) transactions into LocalizeBook:

  1. Create Cash Expense
  2. Batch Cash Expense

Create Cash Expense

Go to create the Cash Expense (EXP) in LocalizeBook:

1.Go to the Vendor > Cash Expense or Vendor Center.

Image2.Click on button +Add in the center of the page.

3.Select Cash Expense (EXP) and select Vendor name.

Image4.Enter the basic information of expense:

  1. Contact Name: Select Vender Name (required).
  2. NO: Auto from system.
  3. Account: select account expense.
  4. Cheque To: Name for receive cheque.
  5. Cheque No: Enter number of Cheque.
  6. Currency: Select currency.
  7. Date: Select date of expense.
  8. Reference: Enter bill no from Vender.
  9. Memo: Describe about your expense.
  10. Sub Total and Grand Total: Summary amount.
  11. Memo: Describe detail about your expense.
  12. Amount: Amount of expense.
  13. Account: Select account type of expense.

5.After filling all with your information:

  1. Save & New: Save the current cash expense and add another one.
  2. Save & Close: Save the current cash expense and close the window.
  3. Close: Close window without saving the current cash expense.
