Customer Center

Learn how to manage customer information and perform sales transactions in the Customer Center.

The Customer Center is the central workspace for managing customer information and sales transactions in LocalizeBook. From the Customer Center, you can maintain customer contact and tax information, create sales transactions, record customer collections, and monitor outstanding receivables.

The Customer Center supports the following functions:

  1. Create New Customer – Create a new customer record by entering the customer's contact, business, billing, and tax information.
  2. Quotation – Create a Quotation to provide the customer with proposed prices, items, services, and terms before confirming the sale.
  3. Sale Order – Create a Sale Order to record a customer's order before goods or services are delivered.
  4. Sale Delivery – Create a Sale Delivery to record goods delivered to a customer and update stock quantities before issuing an invoice.
  5. Invoice – Create a Sale Invoice to bill the customer, recognize revenue, and record the amount receivable.
  6. Sale Return – Create a Sale Return to record goods returned by a customer and adjust stock quantities and accounts receivable.
  7. Collection – Create a Collection to record payments received from customers and settle outstanding invoices.
  8. Sale Receipt – Create a Sale Receipt to record a sale and payment at the same time without creating a separate Sale Invoice and Collection.

Go to Customer Center in Localizebook, Click on Customer > Customer Center.

1.The button at the top of the customer page is related to customer information.

  1. + Add button: For Creating a new customer.
  2. Edit button: For editing customer information.
  3. Delete button: For deleting your customer.
  4. Merge: This powerful tool allows you to combine two duplicate customer entries into a single record, consolidating their transaction histories.
  5. Import: Use this function to upload a list of customers from a file (such as Excel or CSV), saving you time on manual data entry.
  6. List button: Go to view your customer as a list report.

2.The button at the center of the customer page is related to the function and transaction.

  1. Transaction: You can filter to view your transaction by function with date selection here.
  2. Add button: You can make your transactions by any functions here.
  3. Print button: For printing your transaction with a voucher template.
  4. Edit button: Go to edit your transaction or want to view your transaction with detailed information.
  5. Delete button: For deleting your transaction.
  6. Void button: Close your transaction (can’t edit, delate, or make anything on the void transaction).
  7. button: Custom with what you want to show on the customer transactions page.
