If You want Create Invoice don't have stock on hand In Localize you can Create but you Need to tick Allow Negative Sale on Item ,
If You want to Allow Negative Sale go to Menu Item -> Click Edit Item you want sell when stock on hand 0 -> click on Tab Sale Information tick Allow Negative Sale save done
