Accessing Localizebook
To access Localizebook, you’ll have to sign up for the free 30-day trial period, during which you can test the product for free. The free trial of Localizebook contains all the features in the full version of the software. If you are already a registered user, then you can directly log in to Localizebook.
Plans
After your free trial expires, you can subscribe to any one of the paid plans to continue using Localizebook.
Dashboard
The dashboard will give you a clear picture of your company’s finances. It gives you an overview of the total purchase, total payables, total bill payment, total invoice, total receivable, total collection, profit or loss, top sale, and quantity reorder.
Migrating from another software
If you are migrating from another software to Localizebook, you would need to import various menus such as the chart of accounts, items, customers, vendors, sales, and purchase transactions.
Items
Items are the goods or services in your business. Create or import items and price lists into Localizebook.
Vendors
Create vendors in Localizebook to create various purchase transactions for them.
Create different purchase transactions for your vendors, such as:
- Create NewVendors
- PurchaseOrder(P.O)
- Purchase Receive (GRN)
- Purchase(Bill)
- Purchase Return (PRT)
- Payment(VDP)

Customers
Create your customers in Localizebook to create various sales transactions for them. Receiving payments for all the invoices will mark them as paid. You can track all the payments received in different accounts and also record partial payments for invoices.

Accounting

The Reports menu in Localizebook includes reports related to your business, financial reports, and management reports.
Settings
Configure the general and specific menu settings of your business. You can configure the default account, users & roles, templates, exchange rate, payment method, closing transaction or closing period, active functions, ect. The function that you activate currently shows up in the Accounting menu.
