Payment Method
Let’s take a look at the various settings you can configure for the payment method in Localizebook.
The payment method page will guide you about:
Create New Payment Method
Go to the payment method setup page in Localizebook:
- Click on the Settings
icon.
- Click on the “Payment Method”
- Click on the “Add” button.

- After clicking the Add button, you will be redirected to the below page:
- Name: Enter your payment method’s name.
- Collection Account: Choose an account to link with your payment method.
- Format Expense Template: (Optional) If you have specific document formats for expenses paid via this method, you can select the template here.
- Format Payment Template: (Optional) Select a specific document template to be used when generating payment vouchers or other documents for this method.
- Description: Other marks or comments that relate to payment methods.

- After filling all with your information:
- Save & New: Save the current payment method and add another one.
- Save & Close: Save the current payment method and close the window.
- Close: Close this window without saving the current payment method.
Editing Payment Method
Go to editing payment methods in Localizebook:
- Click on the Settings
icon.
- Click on the “Payment Method”
- Click on the payment method name that you want to edit.
- Click on the “Edit” button.

Deleting Payment Method
Go to deleting payment methods in Localizebook:
- Click on the Settings
icon.
- Click on the “Payment Method”
- Click on the payment method name that you want to delete.
- Click on the “Delete” button.
