If you have already received payment from your customer, and you have existing data for entry to the Localizebook system you can use the Batch Sale Receipt function.

Go to Batch Sale Receipt transaction into system:

1. Go to the Accounting menu.
2. Click on Batch Transaction.
3. Choose Transaction Type “Sale Receipt”
4. Click on the Click this link to download the working template.

1. Fill in the information for each function and save your excel file:
2. TRAN TYPE: Enter type of transaction as “PURCHASE or CREDIT”
3. CLASS: Enter your class name.
4. LOCATION: Enter the warehouse of your invoice, if blank it will be selected as the default location automatically.
5. SALE_PERSON: Enter your salesperson name.
6. PAYMENT_METHOD: Enter your payment method.
7. TRUCK_NO: Enter your truck number.
8. DATE: Choose date (required).
9. NUM: Number of sale receipt (required).
10. CUSTOMER: Enter your customer name (required).
11. DEPOSIT_ACCOUNT CODE: Enter chart of account code that you deposit transaction into (required).
12. DISCOUNT_ACCOUNT_CODE: Enter chart of account code that you discount on transaction (required).
13. MEMO: Enter your note of your sale receipt.
14. ITEM CODE: Unique code for each item. If you don’t have the item code, keep it blank.
15. ITEM NAME: Is the name of your product​ (required).
16. UNIT NAME: Enter the unit name of your product. The unit name can’t contain others. symbols. If you don’t have the name of your product unit, please put N/A.
17. QTY: Enter quantity for each item (required).
18. PRICE: Is the sale price per base unit (required).
19. AMOUNT: The total sum of money due for sale of a good (required).
20. VAT: Enter the amount of VAT.
21. DISCOUNT AMOUNT: The amount of your discount.
22. CLASS ITEM: Enter your class name of item.

1. After filling all the information please back to the system:
2. Click on Browse File and select the template with sale receipt data. If data is loaded, you are ready to import. But if there is any error, messages will be shown.
3. Click on Import to take all your sale receipt data into Localize.
