The Balance Sheet displays the company’s total assets and how the assets are financed, either through debt or equity. It can also be referred to as a statement of net worth or a statement of financial position.
The Balance Sheet is based on the fundamental equation: Assets = Liabilities + Equity.
In Balance Sheet Report you can view report by:
Balance Sheet Statement
The Balance Sheet Statement gives an overview of a company’s total assets, liabilities, and shareholders’ equity as of a particular date, known as the reporting date. The last day of the reporting period is frequently the reporting date.
Go to view Balance Sheet Statement Report in the Localizebook:
- Go to the Report menu.
- Click on Company & Finance > Financial Report > Balance Sheet.

- Click on the icon
- Report Type: Choose Balance Sheet.
- Select your Date that you want to view.
- Comparative: No tick Checkbox = No Compare, tick on Checkbox = have Compare (you need to select date)
- Is Show Zero: No tick Checkbook = Show account only have balance, tick on Checkbox = Show all account.
- Customize: To customize your report with more of what you want to show.
- Click on the View button to generate your report.

Balance Sheet By Month
Balance Sheet By Month can cover any period of time, although it’s most commonly prepared at the end of a month. A balance sheet statement summarizes all the activity recorded in your total assets, liabilities, and shareholders’ equity as of over the specified time. This report is generated by a user filter on date range and produced separately into months.
Go to view Balance Sheet By Month Report in the Localizebook:
- Go to the Report menu.
- Click on Company & Finance > Financial Report>Balance Sheet.

- Report Type: Choose Balance Sheet By Month.
- Select your Date that you want to view.
- Is Show Zero: No tick Checkbook = Show account only have balance, tick on Checkbox = Show all account
- Customize: To customize your report with more of what you want to show.

Balance Sheet By Year
A balance sheet shows the three main accounts (assets, liabilities, and equity) and compares the balances against previous periods. For example, an annual sheet will usually compare current balances to the prior year, and quarterly statements contrast the same quarter from the previous year.

Balance Sheet By Class
Balance Sheet By Class breaks down an entity’s assets, liabilities, and shareholders’ equity that is aggregated into functional groups. Whether you use divisions, departments, class accounting allows you to identify those more areas of operations.
