In Loclizebook, you can set up the numbering on your template form. The numbering is a reference on the form to better suit your requirements. It can be modified or changed for company purposes. Let go of setting up your numbering (reference number on the template) in Localizebook.

This page will guide you through setting up the reference number on your template in Localizebook.
You can set up your numbering by:
Vendor
The Vendor selection displays, and you can set up the numbering of the Purchase Order (P.O), Purchase Receive (GRN), Payment (VDP), and Cash Expense.
Go to set up the numbering on your template form using any functions in Vendor:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Vendor.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to set up the numbering.
- After setting up the numbering for what you want, click on the Save button.

Item
The Stock selection display allows you to set up the numbering of Stock Adjustment, Stock Transfer, Stock Issue, and Stock Assembly.
Go to set up the numbering on your template form by any functions in Item:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Item.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to set up the numbering.
- After setting up the numbering for what you want, click on the Save button.

Customer
The Customer selection display, you can set up the numbering of Sale Order (S.O), Sale Delivery (GDN), Invoice Standard, Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Sale Return (SRT), Tax Invoice (SRT), Commercial Invoice (SRT), Collection (CMP), and Sale Receipt.
Go to set up the numbering on your template by any functions in Customer:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Customer.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to set up the numbering.
- After setting up the numbering for what you want, click on the Save button.

Accounting
The Accounting selection display allows you to set up the numbering of Journal Entry, and Bank Deposit.
Go to set up the numbering on your template form by any function in Accounting:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Accounting.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to set up the numbering.
- After setting up the numbering for what you want, click on the Save button.

That’s Common to All Functions
Setting up the numbering that’s common to all functions using the options below:
- Auto Generate – When you make a transaction, the ref number on the template will change automatically.
- Allow Edit Ref Num – You can edit the ref number when you make a transaction.
- Allow Duplicate – The reference number can duplicate numbers on the template.
- Auto Increment from Last Transaction: The checkbox is an advanced setting that changes how the system determines the next sequential number.
- Prefix – The annotation of the template (ex: PO) normally has two characters.
- Sequence Size – The trailing size of the template.
- Reset by – The period that the system resets your numbering settings.
- After filling out all of your information:
- Save: Save the current setup numbering and close the window.
- Close: Close the window without saving the current setup number.
