In Loclizebook, you can customize the appearance of different sales and purchase transactions to better suit your requirements. One of the pre-loaded designs can be modified for this purpose, or a new one can be made.

This page will guide you through customizing your template in Localizebook.
You can customize your template by:
Customer
In the Customer Selection displays, you can make any customizations to the templates of Sale Order (S.O), Sale Delivery (GDN), Invoice Standard, Tax Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Sale Return (SRT),Tax Invoice (SRT), Commercial Invoice (SRT), Collection (CMP), and Sale Receipt.
Go to customize your template form by any functions in Customer:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Customer.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to edit a template.
- After customizing the template for what you want, click on the Save button.

Vendor
The Vendor selection displays you can make any customizations template of Purchase Order (P.O), Purchase Receive (GRN), Purchase Return (PRT), Payment (VDP), and Cash Expense.
Go to customize your template form by using any functions in Vendor:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Vendor.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to edit a template.
- After customizing the template for what you want, click on the Save button.

Stock
The Stock selection display, you can make any customizations to the templates of Stock Adjustment, Stock Transfer, Stock Issue, and Stock Assembly.
Go to customize your template form by any functions in Stock:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Stock.
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to edit a template.
- After customizing the template for what you want, click on the Save button.

Accounting
The Accounting selection displays that you can make any customizations to the templates for journal entries and bank deposits.
Go to customize your template form by any function in Accounting:
- Go to Settings > Preference.
- Click on the Accounting
- Click the
icon of the function for which you’d like to edit a template.
- After customizing the template for what you want, click on the Save button.

Customization to All Functions
The module in the customization template is the same. The display template form below is one of the template forms by function. After you click on the function that you want to customize, you will be redirected to the below page:

The customization options that apply to templates in all functions are covered in this part. You can also look at the part on module-specific
customization. Common customization for all functions is provided by the options listed below:
Header
This section allows you to customize the top of the template. Customize the header with your company’s logo, font, size, and style, among other things.

The Header page makes the customization:
- Company – The Company in the Header page lets you customize your company information on the template.
)
- Logo – The Logo in the Header page lets you customize the logo size and move your logo onto the template.
)
Doc Info
This section allows you to customize the information and title of the template. The Doc Info contains information about font, font size, and styles that relate to vendor or customer information, etc.

The Doc Info page makes the customization:
- Title – The Title in the Doc Info page lets you customize the title size and move your title on the template.
)
- Information Data – The Information Data in the Doc Info page lets you show your vendor or customer information and customize the font, size, and style that relate to vendor or customer information on the template.

Table
This section allows you to customize the body of the template. You can customize the font, font size, and styles that relate to a transaction, etc.

The Table page makes the customization:
- Detail Header Info – The Detail Header Info in the Table page lets you show your transaction and customize the font, size, and style that relate to the transaction on the template.

- Summary – The Summary in the Table page lets you show your transaction amount, exchange rate, etc. on the template.

Footer
This section allows you to customize the bottom part of the form. You can fill in the footer with a signature, note, journal entry, etc.

The Footer page makes the customization:
- Signature – The Signature in the Footer page lets you show or move the signature and customize the font, size, and style of the signature on the template.
)
- Note – The Note in the Footer page lets you add any other remarks that you want to show on the template, etc.

Tips For Customization
- Click to edit: Click on some words that you want to change or edit (the words on the customized template that you can change and edit).
- After you’re ready with your customization:
- Save: Save the customization and close the window.
- Close: Close the window without saving the current customization.
