The Vendor Center is where you save the details of your vendors and tax information. Apart from saving your vendor information, you create bills, payments, and other cash expense transactions for the vendor.
In Localizebook, you can make all transactions that relate to your supplier in the Vendor Center.
Here is the function through which you can make a transaction in the Vendor Center:
- Create New Vendor
- Purchase Order (PO)
- Purchase Receive (GRN)
- Purchase (Bill)
- Purchase Return (PRT)
- Payment (VDP)
- Cash Expense (EXP)
Go to Vendor Center in Localizebook, Click on Vendor > Vendor Center.
- The button at the top of the vendor page is related to vendor information.
- + Add button: For Creating a new vendor.
- Edit button: For editing vendor information.
- Delete button: For deleting your vendor.
- Merge: Use this feature to combine duplicate vendor records. If you have the same vendor listed twice, you can merge them into one, consolidating all their transaction history.
- Import: This allows you to bulk-upload a list of vendors from a file (e.g., Excel or CSV). This is a time-saver if you are migrating from another system or adding many vendors at once.
- List button: Go to view your vendor as a list report.
- The button at the center of the vendor page is related to the function and transaction.
- Transaction: You can filter to view your transactions by function with date selection here.
- Add button: You can make your transactions using any function here.
- Print button: For printing your transaction with a voucher template.
- Edit button: Go to edit your transaction or want to view your transaction with detailed information.
- Delete button: For deleting your transaction.
- Void button: Close your transaction (can’t edit, delate, or make anything on the void transaction).
