In Localizebook, you can make all transactions that relate to your customer in the Customer Center.
Customer Center is where you can save the details of your customer, including billing address, payment settings, additional information, tax information, and preferences. Apart from saving your customer’s information, you can create invoices, collections, and sale receipts for the customer.
Here is the function where you can make a transaction in the Customer Center:
- Create New Customer
- Sale Order (S.O)
- Sale Delivery (GDN)
- Invoice
- Sale Return (SRT)
- Collection (CMP)
- Sale Receipt
Go to Customer Center in Localizebook, Click on Customer > Customer Center.
1.The button at the top of the customer page is related to customer information.
- + Add button: For Creating a new customer.
- Edit button: For editing customer information.
- Delete button: For deleting your customer.
- Merge: This powerful tool allows you to combine two duplicate customer entries into a single record, consolidating their transaction histories.
- Import: Use this function to upload a list of customers from a file (such as Excel or CSV), saving you time on manual data entry.
- List button: Go to view your customer as a list report.
2.The button at the center of the customer page is related to the function and transaction.
- Transaction: You can filter to view your transaction by function with date selection here.
- Add button: You can make your transactions by any functions here.
- Print button: For printing your transaction with a voucher template.
- Edit button: Go to edit your transaction or want to view your transaction with detailed information.
- Delete button: For deleting your transaction.
- Void button: Close your transaction (can’t edit, delate, or make anything on the void transaction).
