Go to create a new Quotation in Localizebook:
- Go to the Customer menu.
- Click Customer Center.

- Click on button +Add in the center of the page.
- Click on Quotation.

Enter the basic information of Quotation:
1.Customer Name: Name of Customer (required)
- Customer Name: Select the customer you are creating the quotation for.
- Currency: Choose the currency for the quotation (e.g., Dollar).
- Sale Person: Assign a sales representative to this quotation.
- Price Level: Select a price level if you have different pricing structures (e.g., Standard, Wholesale).
- Reference: Add an optional internal reference number or note.
2.Number: Quotation Number (Auto form system)
- Date: This is the date the quotation is created. It defaults to the current date.
- Expiry Date: Set a date when the quotation will no longer be valid.
- Quotation Status: Shows the current state of the quote (e.g., Issued, Draft, Closed).
- Sale Order Status: Indicates whether a sales order has been created from this quotation. The status Unsaled means no sales order has been generated yet.
- Invoice Status: Shows whether an invoice has been created. The status Uninvoiced means it has not yet been converted into an invoice.
3.General Information
- Quotation Number: A unique tracking number automatically assigned to the quotation.
- Warehouse: Select the warehouse from which the items will be sourced, if applicable.
- Address Name: Choose the customer’s specific billing or shipping address.
- Memo: Add any internal notes or additional information for your team.
4. Financial Summary: The form displays the overall financial summary of the quotation.
- Discount and Tax Mode: Choose how discounts are applied in relation to taxes (e.g., “Discount before tax”).
- Sub Total: The sum of all line items before discounts and taxes.
- Discount: The total discount amount for the entire quotation.
- VAT: The total Value Added Tax calculated for the quotation.
5.Item Name: Select Item Name
- Item Code: Auto from item
- Description: Auto from item
- QTY: Input Number
- Unit Name: Select Unit
- Price($): Auto from Item (you can modify)
- Sale Price: Price for sale (Auto calculate)
- Amount: Total Price
- Discount: discount as percentage or amount
- Grand Total: Total price before tax
- Memo: Other remarks that relate to your sales order.

- Note: The save button for saving your current transaction line. if having a new transaction you must click the save button to have a new line to make a new transaction. The button for delete the transaction line.
After filling all with your information:
- Save & New: Save the current sale order and add another one.
- Save & Close: Save the current sale order and close the window.
- Close: Close: Window without saving the current sale order.
