Items are the goods or services that you deal with in your business.

Whenever you create transactions for your customers or vendors, you can add these items and their details will be auto-populated.

We can create Item Group, Item Brand and Unit Set before creating an item makes it easy when we create items by just selecting all of them.

Go to create new the new Item in Localizebook:

• Go to the Item menu.
• Click on Item.
• Click on button +Add in the top-right of the page
• Enter the basic information of item:

1.Select your item type (See next slide).

2.Enter your item name.

3.Select/create your item group.

4.Select/create unit of measurement(s) for your item.

5.Enter the dollar value cost of your item.

6.Enter the dollar value of the selling price for your item.

7.Select related account(s) for your item.

• After filling all with your information:
• Save & New: Save the current item and add another one.
• Save & Close: Save the current item and close the window.
• Close: Close window without saving the current item.
