What is the stock issue?

The Stock Issue is usually issued from a warehouse when it is required in the production activities.

Go to create the new Stock Issue in Localizebook:

• Go to the Item menu.
• Click on Stock Issue.
• Click on button +Add in the top-right of the page.
• Enter the basic information of stock issue:

1.Number: Auto from system

• Date: Transaction date
• Warehouse: Select Sender Warehouse

2.Account: Credit account (Inventory Account)

• Memo: Describe your stock Issue

3.Item Name: Select Item

• Account: Debit Account (offset Account, You can change based on nature of stock issue)
• Item Code: Auto from system
• Unit Name: Please Select unit Set
• On Hand: Stock on hand
• QTY: Put Quantity that you want to Stock Issue

Note: The save button for saving your current transaction line. if having a new transaction you must click the save button to have a new line to make a new transaction. The button for delete the transaction line.

• After filling all with your information:
• Save & New: Save the  stock issue and add another one.
• Save & Close: Save the stock issue and close the window.
• Close: Close window without saving the stock issue.
