What is a Functions Bank Deposit?
Bank Deposit function in Localize used for record transactions that involve deposit to a bank account.
There are two ways of adding Bank Deposit transaction in Localizebook:
Create Bank Deposit
Go to make a Bank Deposit in Localizebook:
- Go to the Accounting menu.
- Click on Bank Deposit.
- Click on button +Add in the top-right of the page.
- Enter the basic information of bank deposit:
1.Number: Auto from System.
- Date: Select your transaction date.
- Currency: Select your currency.
- Deposit To: Select Account Type “Bank”(Bank account that you deposit to).
2.Amount: Generate from #3.
- Memo: Describe your transaction.
3.Received From: Select Vender/Customer.
- From Account: Select account offset with Bank account (Credit site).
- Memo: Describe your transaction.
- Amount: Input transaction amount.
- After filling all with your information:
- Save & New: Save the bank deposit and add another one.
- Save & Close: Save the bank deposit and close the window.
- Close: Close window without saving bank deposit.

Note: The save button for saving your current transaction line. if having a new transaction you must click the save button to have a new line to make a new transaction. The button for delete the transaction line.
