Business transactions must be tracked and recorded for accounts payable reporting. These reports guarantee that a company’s financial information is accurate and current. The sum of money that your company owes to its suppliers and vendors is known as accounts payable (AP).
In A/P Report you can view report by:
- A/P Aging Summary
- A/P Aging Detail
- A/P Aging Summary Detail
- Outstanding A/P by Vendor
- A/P Reconciliation Summary
- A/P Reconciliation Detail
Go to view Purchase & Payable Report in Localize book:
- Go to the Report menu.
- Click on Purchases & Payables>A/P Report.

- Click on the icon
- Choose your Report Type that you want to view.
- Select your Date that you want to view.
- Click on the View button to view your report.

A/P Aging Summary Report
The A/P Aging Summary report summarizes all unpaid invoices in your accounts payable are displayed in an accounts payable aging report. The A/P Aging Summary report shows the amounts owed to vendors for the current billing period and what is still owed from previous billing periods.

A/P Aging Detail Report
The A/P Aging Detail report shows all unpaid bills in your accounts payable. The A/P Aging Detail report displays individual bills outstanding to each vendor, their age or the precise number of days past due, their open balances, and a total for all vendors.
