General settings apply to the whole business. Path: Settings > Preference > General.


General

  1. Active Keyboard Shortcut – turn on keyboard shortcuts. Hold Shift and press ? to open the keyboard shortcut center.
  2. Show Phone Number in Customer/Vendor List – show a phone number column in the Customer and Vendor Center page.

Print

  1. Use Quick Print – print without extra steps. Leave it off to keep the normal print flow.
  2. Show Watermark in Print Preview – show a watermark on the print preview.

Lot / Serial (Expiry Date)

Track stock by lot, batch or serial number with expiry dates: turn on the setting, set up items, record lots when receiving, pick lots when selling, and check expiry reports.
